Nikolay Gerasimidi – a theatrical props designer from Astrakhan (Russia) and a member of Russian Association of Manufacturers and Suppliers of Products for Theatres, Shows and Cinema received a patent for invention RU 2660780 C2 registered by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property:
“Method of production of puppets, life-sized puppets, decorative sculptures and other spatial art objects by means of mechanical and thermoplastic processing of foamed polyethylene plates”.
This material is largely used for manufacturing of theatrical props, sets, life-size puppets with kinematic elements.
